Having been a former healthcare provider myself, I work a little differently than most Realtors. If you’re purchasing a home: We start with a detailed discussion of what you must have, want to have and are flexible on. Usually this happens in person or by Zoom. I then spend some time digesting what you told me and will come back to you for clarification. I’ll also educate you on what is possible and what might be a stretch. All the homes we will preview are carefully selected, and often previewed ahead of your visit, to make the best use of you time and help make it easy as possible. If you’re selling a home in Arizona: I will come to preview first, discuss your particular needs such as timing and the current real estate market. All homes have professional photography and local, national & international marketing.

All of my partners who assist in your transaction- mortgage-title-inspectors-tradesmen- will give you red carpet treatment. We provide remote signing that will come to you between patients! I encourage you to call me and review any questions that you have! Unparalleled dedication to your real estate needs for both buying and selling. Clear, responsive, and immediate communication. Detailed research and marketing.International reach for selling luxury homes and land. Comprehensive Relocation Concierge Services

My Background:

I have been a part of the medical community since 1983. It’s an incredible and heartwarming experience to be a medical family. I have a strong understanding of what the stresses and strains are being in medicine. I understand how precious your time is and the demands on it. Relocation, even if it’s a good thing, is hard!

I married a surgeon and have gone from undergrad through Fellowship. We moved 9 times during his training, having 2 children in the process. I’ve negotiated both buy-in and buy-out contracts. I’ve done OSHA, HIPPA compliance and designed in-office procedure rooms and more. My children regularly saw training surgery videos and been in the ER for “Take your Child to Work” Day.

In 2002, I sat for the IBCLC boards and practiced Lactation until 2012, when I came to Arizona. I was in both private practice and on the hospital floor, at three different hospital systems: University Medical Center of Princeton, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and Pennsylvania Hospital, part of the University of Pennsylvania Health System. I’m very grateful that I had that experience.
